Who we are
Sigma Edge (“we”, “us”) runs the website sigmaedge.pro. Sigma Edge is not yet incorporated. Until it is, the people responsible for your personal data (the data controllers) are its founders, Callum Stephenson and Cesar Chu Ortega. We will update this notice when the company is formed.

What we collect and why
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the date you signed up and that you signed up through this website. We use it to tell you about the launch, early access and closely related product news. Our legal basis is your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Analytics
If you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine, LinkedIn or a partner’s link), your browser and device type, and your approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to recognise repeat visits. If you join the waitlist after accepting, we record that a signup happened, but not your email address. Our legal basis is your consent. If you click “Decline” or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies.
We store your banner choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time: .
Running the website
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- MailerLite stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Google (Google Analytics) provides website analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Vercel hosts the website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK–US data bridge. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we stop running the waitlist.
- Analytics data: up to 2 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically.
- Analytics cookies: up to 2 years in your browser, unless you clear them sooner.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at the addresses above and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Changes
We will update this notice when how we use personal data changes, for example when the trading platform opens to users. The date at the top shows the latest version.
